I was provided with a complimentary  Little Pim book to facilitate this review.  The opinions in this post are 100% mine.  You can read my full disclosure policy here.

Little Pim

We are such Little Pim fans around here. I’ve been using this language system with the kids for quite a while now and it’s so neat to see them learn a new language. We’re focused on Spanish since I think that’s going to be most useful for them growing up. So far we’ve been learning from the Little Pim DVDs, apps, flash cards, and more.  We all happen to be bookworms so one of my favorite Little Pim products is their books.

Little Pim Spanish Book

This book on Feelings has been a big hit with my kids.  I love it because it actually includes two new languages for them, Spanish and French.  It’s also colorful and a nice big board book which makes it appealing to even young kids.  But the kids love it because it’s interactive.

The book includes a bunch of pull tabs and lift-the-flap pages so they can participate in the story.  That helps keep their interest and helps them to really learn what they’re reading since they have to answer questions when opening those flaps.  I think most kids really prefer books and toys that they can interact with.  I appreciate that it has a pronunciation key for parents so if you need a little help it’s right there for you.  And these are words that we use a lot, too, so it’s easy to incorporate what they’ve learned into your daily conversations. Happy, shy, scared, and sad are a few of the new words introduced in this book.

Little Pim Spanish Book Review

My daughter Lily has been reading this Feelings book, sometimes to her little brother and sometimes on her own. She’s in second grade and the book is written on a level that she can easily read on her own.  That’s great for me, too since it means she can direct her own learning without my help!

If you’re looking for some great books to add to your library that your kids will not only have fun with but also learn so much from (Spanish and French, double bonus!) you’ll want to check out these Little Pim books. And you’re in luck right now. They’re having a back to school sale and offering 20% off!

Little Pim makes language kits in Spanish, French, Chinese, Italian, German, Japanese, Arabic, Hebrew, Russian, English and Portuguese.  Plus they have digital downloads available for your iPhone, iPad, or iPod.  They’ve even got apps for LeapFrog devices! Explore the Little Pim website to learn more about these awesome early language sets and their teaching methods.  Then be sure to follow Little Pim on Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest and YouTube to be the first to hear about their latest products and promotions!  If you’ve got little kids in your life these language sets are a fantastic investment in your child’s education!
