It’s about to get real here. And by real I mean the school year is just about to start for us (my kids go back August 31) and soccer is already in full swing. We are running, running, running nearly every night. Then there’s homework and all that good stuff. The dinnertime struggle is no joke.
I really do make it a priority to feed my kids something healthy and yummy every night, but let’s be honest here. I’m pressed for time and sometimes short on ideas. Because I need that meal on the table ASAP.
So in the interest of saving our sanity and trying (we can at least try!) to plan ahead, I’ve gathered up some easy, FAST, weeknight dinners that are perfect for those busy school nights when ain’t nobody got time to spend hours over the stove. I would be thrilled if you’d share yours too!
