We found Tootsie this morning, just chillin’ in an elf hammock. That’s actually one of my bags for the farmer’s market but for today it was an elf hammock. He hung out right over our kitchen table where there’s plenty of action for him to observe and report back to Santa. How do you like his new Rainbow Loom belt? My daughter made that for him yesterday.
And sadly for me, she’s started leaving Tootsie notes every night too. So when I’m exhausted and dying to get to bed, not only do I have to come up with a hiding spot for the elf, I have to BE the elf and write notes. Disappointing notes, too. Mommy’s not buying donuts tonight. But maybe another time. We shall see!
