We are spending a LOT of time at home right now, and one day is blurring into the next. I don’t know about you, but I don’t feel like I’m making much progress on anything at the moment. 

It happens to be the start of a new month, but I believe you can start working on your goals on any random day, and this 30-day goal tracker can help keep you motivated, no matter what you’re working on. 

 

I have been intermittent fasting for a few months with some success, but this whole life-at-home thing is sending me straight to the fridge all day and night. 

I’m taking the next 30 days to get my rear in gear, and take charge of at least one thing that I CAN control. 

Need some inspiration for a few things you might like to take charge of over the next 30 days? Here are a few ideas:

  • No-spend challenge
  • Go for a walk challenge
  • Keep a gratitude journal
  • Wake up 30 minutes earlier than usual
  • Go to bed by a designated time
  • Read for 15 minutes each day
  • Floss each day
  • No eating after dinner
  • Drink a designated amount of water
  • Take one photo each day
  • Send a text to one person each day, telling them you are thinking of them
  • Walk a certain number of steps each day
  • No devices (phones, tablets, etc) in your bedroom
  • No soda/candy/alcohol (whatever your vice is!)
  • Create a daily to-do list and cross at least one thing off each day
