When in the Florida Keys and Key West, eating key lime pie is a must! There’s no shortage of this favorite treat of the Keys, and I’m sharing some of the best places to grab a piece.

There is so much to do on a family vacation to the Florida Keys and Key West. Anyone who visits will tell you that one of the highlights of the trip is the food. There’s an abundance of fresh seafood, tropical fruits, and tasty cocktails. And no matter where you go, you’re sure to find key lime pie on the dessert menu.

We ordered a piece (even if we were so stuffed that we had to share) in just about every restaurant we dined with, and yes, we even had some for breakfast one day. Vacation mode was in full effect and the laid back vibe of The Keys means anything goes, even pie for breakfast!

I’ve gathered up the best-of-the-best list to share, and these are the places you want to be sure to hit for a slice of key lime pie in The Florida Keys.

Best Places to Get Key Lime Pie in The Florida Keys

Eating all the Key Lime Pie is a required part of a road trip through the Florida Keys, and we made it our mission to find the best pieces of pie during our vacation.

Here are some of the places you don't want to miss!

The Hungry Tarpon Restaurant at Robbie's of Islamorada

Robbie's of Islamorada is a must-do on your Florida Keys vacation, and the food at The Hungry Tarpon is incredible. Save room for this extra-limey piece of key lime pie.

We ate the most delicious breakfast at Blue Heaven, and typically you don't have dessert with breakfast but when you're at Blue Heaven, you do. This Key Lime Pie is iconic and a must-try while in Key West.
