Wildwood Soapworks Giveaway: Baby Kjell’s Baby Balm – 4 Winners! (3/25/12)

This post may contain affiliate links. View my disclosure policy for details.

baby kjells baby balm

Are you enjoying my weekly Wildwood Soapworks reviews and giveaways?  I love being able to introduce you to a new amazing, organic product each week.  I’m so in love with these products and can’t wait for as many of you as possible to win and get to try them yourselves.  Their website is coming soon (yay!) and you can learn more about all of their top-of-the-line products in their online catalog.

This week I’m reviewing the Baby Kjell’s Baby Balm.  And as expected, this stuff is awesome!  There’s not much it doesn’t do.  If you or your baby have any kind of skin ailment, here’s your solution.  My kids both have little patches of dry skin. I rubbed a little of this balm on those spots and they softened right up. If you have a baby with cradle cap I think this would be just perfect.  This past week my son also had a little scratch on his hand, victim of a Thomas the Train wreck, no doubt.  I put a little balm on his scrape and never heard another word about it.  What’s in this Baby Balm?  Only the best natural goodies: certified organic extra virgin olive oil that’s infused with various herbs, and therapeutic rosewood essential oil.  No weird chemicals, because really, who wants to be putting stuff you can’t pronounce on your baby?  It smells amazing, just natural scents and nothing overpowering.  And it’s moisturizing and protective without being globby and greasy.  This is a decent sized tin, too.  I think it would last a very looooong time.

Now for the non-kid uses, which I have to tell you is what I absolutely love about these Wildwood Soapworks baby products.  I use them just as much for myself as I do for them, if not more.  These products are great for the entire family.  And I do mean *entire*.  One morning this week my husband brought our dog Sam over to me and said, “Something’s wrong with Sam’s eye!”  His eye was all red, filled with blood!  I was sort of freaking out but quickly found the source of the blood was a little scratch right next to his eye.  A big thank you to our cat Lady for the early-morning drama.  They like to play and sometimes it gets rough.  (And here you thought I only had two kids! ha!)  Anyway, I wiped up Sam’s eye and didn’t really know what to put on it to soothe the cut.  So I got out the Baby Kjell’s  Baby Balm and dabbed a little on Sam’s cut.  It healed up in about a day and didn’t seem to bother him at all.  Who knew?!  Baby Balm works on pets, too!

I rubbed a little Baby Balm into my cuticles this week and softened them right up.  It’s almost time for those fun summer manicures so I’ve got to clean up the ragged winter hands.  I tell you, between the Baby Kjell’s Baby Oil and this Baby Balm I’ll be able to apply for some hand modeling jobs pretty soon.  Seriously, this stuff is just amazing.

And I think this Balm is really going to come in handy this summer when the bugs are  biting.  Yup, you can use it to treat those itchy bug bites, too.  And it’s organic!  You don’t need to cover your kids in chemicals to get them to stop scratching the mosquito bites.  Of course, Wildwood Soapworks has a solution for keeping the bugs at bay, too.  Stay tuned for more on that as the weather warms up!

This week I’m giving away a tin of Baby Kjell’s Baby Balm to 4 lucky winners!  I’m telling you, once you try these products you’ll be hooked just like I am.  And don’t let the ‘baby’ part fool you.  I, myself, am having a hard time sharing these products with my kids.  😉 This giveaway starts on Monday March 19 and runs through midnight EST on Sunday March 25.  There’s just one mandatory entry: Tell me how you would use Baby Kjell’s Baby Balm.  There are a bunch of ways to earn additional optional entries, too. Use the Rafflecopter widget below to enter.  Then be sure to come back next week when we’ll be giving away a set of TWO Wildwood Soapworks products.  You won’t want to miss it!

GOOD LUCK!

I was provided with samples of Wildwood Soapworks’ products to facilitate this review.  The opinions in this post are 100% mine.  You can read my full disclosure policy here.

Sounds like I could use it in a lot of places, the big ones for me would be all the bug bites we will get this year and my husband has extremely dry hands and I can’t find anything to help him. I think this would work. Thanks.
