Wholly Guacamole Salsa: Satisfy Your Snack Tooth, Kick Up Your Dinner

This post may contain affiliate links. View my disclosure policy for details.

A couple months ago I had the opportunity to review a boatload of Wholly Guacamole.  Oh  my.  Heaven.  So I was pretty excited to get the chance to review a bunch of Wholly Salsa.  I know anything Wholly is going to be delish.  Didn’t disappoint.  I’m sort of embarassed to say how fast we went through this entire cooler.  I *might* have tipped back a container or two to let the last little bits drip into my mouth.  Waste not, want not.  Right?

It goes without saying that Wholly Salsa tastes delicious, but the thing I love about it is that I can eat it guilt free.  Alright, eating the entire container in one sitting might stir some feelings of guilt in a normal person, but I stayed strong and fought through that.  Seriously, their products are all natural,  no weird ingredients that you don’t recognize or can’t pronounce.  They’re made from healthy vegetables and fruits.  No additives or preservatives.  That’s so rare these days.  Wholly products are definitely ones you can feel good about eating and feeding to your family.

They are delicious.  I couldn’t just skim over this.  Wholly has 5 brand new flavors of salsa: Pineapple, Red Pepper Mango, Roasted Tomato, Avocado Verde, and Guacamole and Spicy Pico.  My favorite?  Red Pepper Mango.  Oh. Em. Gee.  SO good.  I almost hate to admit it, but I scarfed that one down all by my lonesome before my husband even made it home from work for the day.  I ate it with tortilla chips, the chips serving as a vehicle to get the salsa into my trap. My goodness.  My mouth waters thinking about it. It’s just full of fresh tomatoes and sweet mango. I ran out and bought more and though we grill salmon for dinner all the time, I’d love to kick it up, do something different, so I got the idea to serve it with this salsa.  It was amazing!  Just pile it on top and dig in.  Couldn’t be easier, and I bet the Red Pepper Mango or the Pineapple Salsa would both be awesome on shrimp or chicken.

Wholly Salsa is perfect for snacking on or for making meals.  Use it as an ingredient in your kitchen, not just as a snack food.  It’s a seriously easy and healthy way to liven up your recipes.  I don’t know about you  but I struggle all the time to come up with new dinner ideas.  After a while it feels like I’m on repeat, making the same meals over and over again.  New recipes are fun, but sometimes all the ingredients and prep work just feel overwhelming.  With all the awesome new flavors of salsa Wholly has come out with, you can mix up your meals in a snap, creating new dishes on the fly without creating a ton of work for yourself.  Works for me!  I’ve gotten a lot of inspiration from following Wholly Guacamole on Pinterest!

You can find these new salsas and other Wholly goodies in the produce section of your grocery store.  Find out which stores near you carry Wholly here.  Grab some next time your in the store.  If you whip up a new dinner recipe I’d love for you to share.  And if you spoon the whole container into your mouth while no one is looking, your secret is safe with me.  Be sure to follow Wholly Guacamole on Facebook and Twitter and subscribe to their monthly newsletter.  They’ve always got awesome coupons out to help us save on their products.

Wholly Guacamole is generously offering one of my readers their very own cooler full of Wholly Salsa!  This giveaway is open to U.S. residents only and will end at 12 midnight ET on August 10, 2012.  Enter to win here!

I was provided with a Wholly Salsa to facilitate this review.  The opinions in this post are 100% mine.  You can read my full disclosure policy here.
