Where Is Robin? Travel Books for Kids + Giveaway

This post is in partnership with Diplomat Books. You can read my full disclosure policy here.

My family just got home from a wonderful vacation, and we’re already itching to go somewhere new. I just need a lot more money and time. Don’t we all! ha! But I do honestly think that planning and the anticipation of exploring a new place is all part of the fun. We’ve been talking about where to go next, and sparking this curiosity about new places, both in my kids AND myself, makes us happier. It’s a fact that curious people are happier people, and that’s the philosophy behind these new children’s books I want to share with you, Where Is Robin?

Where Is Robin? Books

Robin Barone is the author of a children’s book series for children ages 4 to 8 years old which use travel stories to teach curiosity. People that are curious are less fearful, more open, and more confident. Curious people are happier! And who doesn’t need a little joy in their lives?

Right now Where Is Robin? USA and Where Is Robin? Los Angeles (releasing Feb 1, 2018) are available with more titles coming soon. I believe Washington DC is up next! I’ve been to LA a few times so I enjoy some of the highlights in that book, and it’s perfect if you’re planning a trip! But I have to say, my favorite is the USA book!

The story is about Robin, a bird (of course!) who leaves her mama to travel the country. The book covers several major cities in the USA and some of their historic landmarks and tourist attractions. We finished reading and were like, “We need to go to Seattle! We need to go to the Outer Banks! We need to go to the Florida Keys!” I love the discussions these books have generated about new places we want to visit. And the books are so nice, gorgeous hardcover books with bright, colorful pictures that capture the attention of kids (and of parents)!

Where Is Robin? books would be a perfect gift for kids that love a new adventure!
