Disney's Free Dining Promotion

We just got home a couple of weeks ago from our first family Disney World vacation.  We honestly had the time of our lives!  I am still checking the app even from home to find out current wait times and what characters are in the park.  I’m a sad case, I know. Obviously I can’t wait to go back! Disney just started their popular Free Dining Promtion and this is a fantastic time to book your trip.  The food was absolutely amazing but I don’t think I’d ever go without a dining plan.  It saves you a ton (the food is pricey out of pocket) and I just loved not having to worry about budgeting for food each day.

Dana from Magical Moments Vacations has the inside scoop on why this is a great time to make your Disney travel plans!

Top 3 Reasons to take advantage of Disney’s Free Dining Promotion

Disney has released the dates of their free dining promotion for 2014. Why is this discount so popular?

Akershus Dining

1. This is one of Disney’s most generous discounts every year. If you are traveling with a family, most times free dining will save you the more money on your vacation than any other offer Disney offers.

The Crystal Palace

2. You are free to enjoy as many buffets and character meals as you wish. Dinner with Cinderella at 1900 Park Fare is about $40 per adult and about $20 per child 9 and under. These prices make dinner for a family of four cost over $100. The nice part about this offer is that you could eat at one of these more expensive meals everyday and it’s included in your package (except gratuity).

Princess Dining

3. It is a way to share the magic with your family without having to worry about the cost of food. It is every parent’s dream to take their family to Disney World. The costs add up though, and any time there is a free component, like dining, it helps make this dream a better reality.

It is important to note that free dining can only be added to a non-discounted resort package. A 3 night-minimum stay and two-day minimum park ticket is required for each person in the party.

Tusker House
