This StarKist Lemon Pepper Tuna Salad With Mango, Cilantro & Lime is one of those fancy looking recipes, but it’s so simple to make it’s not even funny. Cut a few things up and mix them together and there ya go. The secret ingredient that makes it filling and full of protein is the StarKist Lemon Pepper Tuna. They make a bunch of delish flavors but this is the one I chose for my salad. Maybe you’d try something different?!
Starkist has the yummiest Tuna Creations Single Serve pouches. I’m often home alone for lunch with kids in school and it can be hard to come up with something for lunch for myself that’s not a hodge podge of leftovers. Not that there’s anything wrong with that but it’s nice to have a REAL lunch once in a while and not just whatever I can find in the fridge. The flavors of Starkist Single Serve pouches are so good! And they’re very low in calories and simple to make a meal out of. This meal took me just minutes to make, and one time I actually heated up a box of frozen mixed veggies and stirred a pouch in for some protein and it was delicious.
They’re very versatile and easy to turn into something quick and easy, yet totally yummy. And they’re healthy too: Only 90 calories, high in protein and Omega-3s, and low in fat. Hey, that sounds about perfect. Check out all the flavors available on the StarKist site and be sure to follow on Facebook and Twitter to be the first to hear about their newest products!
Now onto that yummy recipe…
Enjoy!
