I love potatoes as a side dish and this recipe for Oven Roasted Potatoes is so easy to make and delicious! As long as you have a bag of potatoes in the house you should have all the ingredients you need to throw this together. Best of all you cook it in foil so there’s just about no clean up. Three cheers for that!
Sliced Oven Roasted Potatoes Preheat the oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit. Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil leaving enough hanging out over the edges that you can fold it in and cover all the potatoes. I used two pieces, one on each half of the baking sheet and overlapped them in the middle. Arrange your sliced potatoes in a single layer on the foil. Some overlap is fine but you don't want to pile them on top of each other in stacks. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Drizzle olive oil over the top of the potatoes. You don't need to coat each and every potato, just a little drizzle on each row is fine. Fold the foil over from sides and ends to cover the potatoes. Bake for about 35 minutes or until the potatoes are tender and cooked through.Sliced Oven Roasted Potatoes
