Posy Lane Personalized Products: Cutest Nap Mats Your Kids Ever Slept On!

My kids just love having their name on all of their gear.  Not only does it make the “that’s MINE” claim ring a little more true, it also makes them feel like their stuff is special and just for them.  I had the opportunity to work with Posy Lane a few months ago when I reviewed their personalized duffle bags.  My kids use these bags ALL the time.  Anytime we hop in the car for a day trip or even if they’re just carting stuff around the house they use their bags. I was totally impressed with Posy Lane then and even more in love now that I’ve had the chance to review their personalized nap mats!

Kids in childcare often need a nap mat to rest on during afternoon nap times and I’ve seen a bunch of these at my son’s preschool when I go to pick him up. I stay home with my kids and bring him home for nap time so he doesn’t have a need for this mat in school.  But I know we’re going to get plenty of use out of it at home.  I don’t know about you but my kids spend plenty of time on the floor at home!

Since I gave Leo his nap mat he’s been carrying it around from room to room.  He even asked me if he could put it in his bed to sleep in it!  So clearly it’s cute and cozy enough to be a huge hit with the kids!  Here he is staying comfy on the couch watching the Lorax.

And it’s a huge hit with me, too!  The quality is fantastic.  I took a close up of the embroidered name so you can see there are no loose threads hanging out which I’ve found, unfortunately, to be common when I order personalized things from other companies.  The mat, blanket and pillow are all super soft and comfy, just what you’d want your little guy or gal snoozing in.  I love that the pillow is attached to the mat and is not a separate piece.  I can imagine if it were, at least with my kids, it would be lost in an instant.  This way the pillow will never be misplaced.  Genius, right?!

The  blanket is also attached right along the bottom edge so once again you don’t have to worry about losing that, and it also keeps little piggy toes warm and toasty.  This nap mat rolls up so easily too.  You fold it lengthwise in thirds, just folding each side over the middle, then roll it up!  There’s a little tab on the outside that hooks into the pillow to secure it closed.

There are even straps on the outside so kids can wear it like a backpack!  Seems like Posy Lane thought of everything!

The functionality is outstanding.  I really think this is a great designs with no detail left out to make it as easy as possible for kids and parents.  But I can’t review it without mentioned how totally cool it looks!  Don’t you love the vibrant colors and fun design!  My son was thrilled with all the sports balls and baseball bat and he really loved that his pillow is a football.  And of course his own name in his favorite color?  Perfect icing on the cake.
