Motherhood is full of firsts. My own children are now 9 and 12 and I’m still experiencing new things with them all the time. Despite some of these firsts being ones you wish would pass quickly, the years are truly short. When you’re holding that new baby in your arms and everyone says, “It goes by so fast,” BELIEVE THEM.
My #1 Piece of Mom Advice
I got so sick of hearing that because I admit, at times I wanted it to go fast. The teething, not sleeping through the night, the colic. We look for solutions everywhere and by the time you figure out what works, that problem has come and gone and another one has popped up.
So I won’t give new-mom advice to enjoy every moment because it goes by so fast. Let’s face it: not every moment is a joy. Some are pretty awful. My advice? Take a deep breath and never forget that this too shall pass. Your child will eventually sleep through the night. They will eventually be potty trained. They will eventually learn to feed themselves. Your current challenge won’t last forever. I’m still telling myself this and my kids are in 4th and 7th grade.
Parent’s Choice™ formula at Walmart
One of the most common challenges we all stress over as new moms is feeding. How much should they eat? How often? Are they getting enough? Are they growing? Is this the best formula? Thankfully that’s an easy one.
Parent’s Choice™ formula – exclusively available at Walmart – is an excellent formula choice for new moms and their babies. They have four new Non-GMO formulas that feature a blend of nutrients that support your baby’s growth and development. These are nutritionally comparable to the national brands, and listen: Babies aren’t cheap! You know you will save money on this formula, plus whatever else you need for your little ones with Walmart’s Everyday Low Price.
Parent’s Choice™ was named 2018’s Best Baby Formula by Baby Bargains, so this is the real deal: high-quality that you need for your baby, plus you’ll save a bundle by switching brands!
Here’s a little more info on each of these 4 Non-GMO varieties:
Parent’s Choice™ Infant Non-GMO Formula:
This milk-based powder infant formula is complete with iron, DHA & Choline that’s found in breast milk, and it supports brain development without using any ingredients that have been genetically engineered.
Parent’s Choice™ Advantage® Non-GMO Infant Formula
Designed to be more like breast milk, Advantage® Non-GMO features a blend of nutrients which may aid in brain and eye development: DHA, Lutein, and Vitamin E. All three nutrients are found in breast milk, and Vitamin E is key to immune support!
Parent’s Choice™ Sensitivity® Infant Formula
This one is perfect for babies that might be fussy because of gas. Some babies may have a hard time digesting foods containing high amounts of lactose, the carbohydrate (sugar) present in milk. Parent’s Choice™ Sensitivity® Infant Formula is a reduced-lactose alternative that still offers your baby the preferred protein source of cow’s milk.
Parent’s Choice™ Gentle® Formula
If your baby is fussier than normal (this would have been my daughter), ask your doctor if this variety is right for you. The Gentle® baby formula is a milk-based reduced lactose formula, with easy to digest proteins (compared to standard milk based formulas), containing 25% less lactose than standard, milk formula.
Save With Ibotta
As if the Walmart Everyday Low Price isn’t enough savings, Ibotta, a free app you can use to save in stores, is offering additional savings on Parent’s Choice™ formula. There is currently a $3 rebate on each one of these products (Infant, Advantage, Sensitivity, and Gentle) with the app! You can check that out here.
