I really did love college. What’s not to love? Friends, parties, good times abound. Oh, and studying. And classes. I knew I was forgetting something important. Anyway, I’m going back to school! I got my first take-home test from Monsters University. I think it’s cool if I get a little help, so if you want to go ahead and download these worksheets and pass me your answers in the comments, no one will ever know. My prof doesn’t read my blog. 😉
They don’t look too hard, do they? There are even a few extra credit worksheets here to help me nail a decent grade. It’s the final exam I’m getting nervous about. Disney has invited me to Hollywood for the Monsters University Premiere and I hope I can ace this test! My diploma is on the line here, people. I think I can hang with Mike and Sulley and the gang in scare school. I was scarred for life when my babysitter jumped out from under my bed when I was about 5, so I’ve been in training for years. Check out my invitation!
I’m going to be joining an awesome co-ed crew of 24 other bloggers in Los Angeles where we’ll stay at the Sheraton Universal Hotel (hoping there’s a study lounge in here somewhere) and seeing the premiere of Monsters University at famous El Capitan theater. Wonder if we’ll take the campus bus to the tailgate party? Oh yes. There’s a tailgate party! And the MU school colors are royal blue and white so our whole gang of Monsters U students will be a sea of blue and white. And then it’s party time! I wonder if I can channel college-age-Lindsay. Let’s hope not. Hey, this is finals week. Stay focused!
I think these take-home worksheets are good practice for the final, but I’m still studying hard. I’ll be honest: I’m glad technology has made the student book store obsolete, the black hole of expense that that place was. These days we study by watching movies. At least I do! So I’m chilling at home with my kids catching up on some Monsters Inc., and taking notes on these clips.
I’m so loving that cool Mom, Ms. Squibbles. She’s me: cool mom, doing laundry. I feel you, lady. But wait! I’m the college student again, remember?!
I am so excited to attend this Monsters University Premiere and share it all with you. I’ve heard some rumblings of other fun and exciting things I might get to experience on this trip and you’ll be the first to know about that, too. Don’t you love a good surprise?!
