Lysol Touch of Foam Antibacterial Hand Wash: Less Mess, More Germs Killed!

Have you all seen this new product in your stores, Lysol Touch of Foam hand soap?  I got to try it recently and I really like it!

Lysol Touch of Foam

So let me tell you what makes this soap different and why I liked it:

Lysol Touch of Foam Antibacterial Hand Wash kills germs.  Now all antibacterial soaps kill germs, but this soap can kill up to 10x more germs than other soaps, killing 99.9% of germs on contact.  That’s awesome when you have kids that are out digging in the dirt (like mine!), or when you’re in the kitchen handling raw meat while cooking dinner.

It smells great!  This hand wash comes in three scents: Creamy Vanilla Orchid, Rose & Cherry In Bloom, and Wild Berry Bliss. I got to try the Creamy Vanilla Orchid which is purple, and I really like the scent. It’s just a hint of sweet floweriness (is that a word?!). Nothing overpowering or too fake.

Lysol Touch of Foam

It’s a thicker foam.  This is really handy if your kids are like mine and squirt soap onto their hands and then tilt them so it all runs down the drain before they’ve scrubbed up. The pic above is my hand with a squirt of soap on it, turned upside down. It stays put. No running or dripping, no mess of soap everywhere!

It’s less drying that other soaps.  I wash my hands A LOT. We have 3 pets and 2 kids so I am constantly cleaning up some mess and I wash my hands more times that I can count during the course of the day.  It can really dry them out.  I was pretty skeptical that this Touch of Foam would really be less drying but I think it actually is.  Now, if you wash your hands a ton they’ll dry out no matter what soap you  use. But this soap is noticably less drying.  That’s a big bonus for me!

Next time you’re shopping look for Lysol Touch of Foam and give it a try!  I really like this soap and am looking forward to trying one of the other scents!

I was provided with a complimentary Lysol Touch of Foam to facilitate this review, courtesy of BzzAgent.  The opinions in this post are 100% mine.  You can read my full disclosure policy here.
