Love at first bite. Their pasta is amazing! I checked Pappardelle’s out online and discovered tons more varieties that I hadn’t seen at the market stand.
Pappadelle’s is now a tradition in our family. We have shared with friends and family, and every year we place an order at Christmastime to give as gifts.

- 2 teaspoons yellow mustard
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 5 tablespoons olive oil
- 4 tablespoons fresh dill, finely chopped, plus more for garnish (optional)

- Combine lemon zest, lemon juice, mustard, and honey in a bowl.
- Whisk in olive oil.

- Add peas to the boiling pasta pot for the last 30-60 seconds. Turn the heat off and drain the pasta and peas.
- Add the dressing to the pasta and peas, and stir to coat.
- Garnish with additional chopped fresh dill if desired before serving.
Notes
Leftovers can be refrigerated and served cold the next day, or heated up to be served warm. This is a great no-mayo pasta salad to take to a cookout, too, and can be made in advance and refrigerated. Any type of pasta will work, but the Spring Blossom Blend from Papparedelle's Pasta provides a beautiful color and perfect springtime flavor compliment to this recipe.
