If you’ve got a smartphone you have to check out this new way to earn cash back at the grocery store! I just downloaded it myself. Ibotta is a FREE app that’s available for iPhones and in the Android market. There are a bunch of offers to earn money back when you purchase participating products.
Here’s how it works:
- Choose the items you want to buy, then complete the tasks to earn your money back. These can be things like learning a new fact about the product, taking a quiz, or posting your savings to your Facebook wall. It’s super easy and fast. I do a bunch of the tasks while I’m watching TV or cooking dinner!
- Go shopping! Purchase the products you’ve completed offers for at participating retailers. That includes Target, Walmart, Kroger, CVS, Walgreens, Rite Aid, and more are being added all the time! Find a complete list here.
- After you purchased the products you’ve completed offers for, take a picture of your receipt and barcode scan your products to confirm your purchases.
- Your account will be credited right away. You’ll get actual CASH in your Paypal account which you can keep or donate your earnings to your kids’ schools!
