I took the kids to drop off a donation at the Humane League last week and we fell in love with all the animals. I really need a bigger house and yard. I wanted to bring them all home! You can see some pics from our visit here. Now, I’ve got a new Humane League of Lancaster County Pet of the Week to share! Meet Jigs! Doesn’t he look like so much fun?!
When you meet Jigs, you’ll immediately be taken with his cute ears, his gentle personality and the prance in his step. This friendly pit bull mix likes to spend time outdoors and would love to accompany you on daily walks, but at a mature 10 years of age, Jigs also appreciates naps and snuggles as well! Jigs has learned how to sit very nicely for a tasty treat and is responsive to your guidance. In his previous home, Jigs behaved well around cats and other dogs, especially females and dogs smaller than himself. Jigs is a very sweet companion in his golden years who still has so much love and devotion to give to his new family! Do you have a place in your heart for a senior pup in need?
