I’m a little behind on sharing the Humane League of Lancaster County’s Pet of the Week so today I have two for you! These cuties are so sweet. We visited the Humane League a couple of weeks ago (you can see some pics from our visit here) and now I want to bring them all home! Here’s Burberry the sweet kitty, and below you’ll find Spring the playful pup!
Don’t be fooled by his luxurious name, Burberry is really quite down-to-earth. Don’t get us wrong, he enjoys to be spoiled as much as the next cat, but what this designer kitty values most of all is meaningful friendships! Burberry is a ten-year-old boy who enjoys being held and indulging in long head rubs, but despite his age, he’s not a total couch potato. He enjoys stretching his legs during his explorations and is always happy to approach his visitors for a little attention. He’s affectionate with people and he’s currently living with another feline friend here at the shelter. Burberry is already neutered and he’s litter-box trained. Give Burberry lots of love in your caring family, and Burberry will be the happiest cat around!

Happy and spirited Spring can’t wait to join your active and loving home! Spring is a four-year-old American Staffordshire Terrier mix who loves to get out and move! Whether she’s enjoying playtime with people or other dogs, a fun walk in the park, or indulging in a few snuggles, Spring’s joyful personality is always on display. During her stay at the shelter, Spring has displayed such great social graces that she’s been chosen to go on many fun outings including field trips to the park and most recently, she has participated in the Humane League’s Tailwagger’s Trot! Spring loves any opportunity to meet new friends, especially if they will give her a belly rub. Spring’s happy personality is sure to bring so much joy to your fun-loving family! Put a little ‘spring’ in your life by adopting this wonderful companion!
