I have a new Humane League of Lancaster County Pet of the Week to share with you! This beautiful girl, Jasmine, is looking for her forever home. Look at those eyes – 2 different colors! She’s gorgeous!
Jasmine is a gorgeous three-year-old Husky and Australian Cattle Dog mix with a beautiful physique and mesmerizing miss-matched eye colors. Jasmine is a smart girl who doesn’t leap paws-first into new relationships. Instead, she likes to take her time getting to know her people before giving over her trust. But once you and she have established a bond, Jasmine’s love and loyalty will make you feel very special. Jasmine was recently transferred to the Humane League from another local shelter where she was surrendered after getting into things that weren’t hers to chew. Given her intelligence, Jasmine is the type of pup who excels when given plenty of exercise, in both body and mind, so she doesn’t succumb to boredom. She would be happy to join in your daily exercise routine and enjoy playtime, especially if a squeaky toy is involved! Jasmine would likely be a great candidate for additional training and perhaps even agility work. It’ll be a match made in heaven for Jasmine and an active family with older children or adults who want a companion to spend a lot of time with.
