Honoring Caregivers: Griswold Home Care $25 Walmart Gift Card Giveaway

This post may contain affiliate links. View my disclosure policy for details.

Griswold Home Care

How many of you are caregivers for others? Most of my readers are parents like I am and taking care of the family is a full-time job for sure.  What about aging parents? Add that into the mix and you’ve got a sandwich generation on overload. It’s a lot of stress and work to take care of the people that you love. It’s worth it and the right thing to do of course, but you have to take care of yourself too. So finding help juggling all your balls isn’t only helpful but it’s necessary. No one person can do it all. If you find yourself in this situation or think you might down the road, take some time to learn about Griswold Home Care.

Griswold Home Care can refer caregivers who provide services like meal preparation, grocery shopping, pet care, light housekeeping, organization, running errands and more.  For individuals that might need more personal care services they can provide things like helping with bathing, brushing teeth, washing hair, and more.  Maybe your loved one just needs some companionship. Seeing a new face can do a person a world of good!  Griswold Home Care refers visitors to spend time with, read with, attend appointments with and more. You can get a complete list of services provided here.

Check to see if there’s a Griswold Home Care office near you. There are actually a few in my neck of the woods. Even if you don’t need this service now, you might in the future so it’s great to keep in your back pocket.  It can be so hard to take care of yourself, your kids, and an aging loved one. Knowing that help is available is such a comfort.

Walmart Gift Card

In honor of all caregivers, those taking care of kids and/or parents, Griswold Home Care is offering one of my readers a $25 Walmart gift card. Maybe the winner can treat themselves to something fun! This giveaway will end at 11:59pm ET on October 13, 2014.

Good luck!

The service that would most help my grandmother is personal care. She has ALS and has difficulty getting dressed, and doing personal hygiene
