Giveaway: Elf on the Shelf! (ends 12/6/12)

This post may contain affiliate links. View my disclosure policy for details.

With Christmas fast approaching, and Elves already making their appearance at little girls and boys houses, I thought what a fun giveaway this would be to spread some cheer to a house that needs to add this great Christmas Tradition to their house! Thanks to Coppins Hallmark Gifts & Collectibles we are able to bring that tradition to one lucky winner’s house this year. As the story is told your scout elf comes from Santa and as soon as you receive him you need to give him a name. He watches over you every day and night and as soon as you fall asleep your elf reports back to Santa whether you’ve been a good boy or girl that day. You move the elf around to different hiding spots each night so when the kids awake it becomes a hide and seek game. You can check out the adventures of Tootsie, our elf, for some fun ideas!

We have some great other bloggers that have joined us in this giveaway so please make sure you thank them: Saving Makes Cents,  Saving In Sumner Co , Drugstore Divas ,  Suburban Coupon Mom , Free Fun Fab and Spend With Pennies!

This giveaway starts on 11/30/12 at 12:01 am EST and ends on 12/7/12 at 12:01 am EST (so enter to win by the end of the day on 12/6/12!)  Please follow all Rafflecopter rules. Failure to do so may result in disqualification. You must be at least 18 years old to enter.  The winner will have 24 hours from the time their name is announced to claim their prize before a new winner is chosen.

Good luck!

I love the baking. The women of my family get together and spend the whole day baking, laughing, drinking and just loving the day!

Even though I’m creeped out by these elves my kids can’t stop talking about what their friend’s elves are doing. So I guess I have to get one.

I used to love sneaking down to the tree before everyone else woke up. But now I like listening to Christmas music in the summer. It means we’re halfway there. 🙂

Every year we drive around looking at the decorations people put on there house. My daughter loves seeing all the lights lit up, and the decorations put out.

My favorite Christmas tradition has always been the Christmas cookies. I have such fond memories of being allowed to press out the cookies and sprinkled freshly baked cookies with colored sugar.

My favorite Christmas tradition is decorating the tree. I get to see all of the handmade ornaments the kiddos make from the year before, and it brings a smile to my face. It is amazing to see how much they have grown physically and emotionally each and every year

When I was little, we use to go to a local tree farm. We’d find our own tree and cut it ourselves. 🙂

My favorite memory/tradition growing up was going through our HUGE stockings that my mom would stuff! My son is just over 2 and really getting into it this year, I can’t wait to see him open his gifts.

My favorite Christmas tradition is all the cookies and desserts everyone bakes. We rarely do a big Christmas dinner, usualy either a bunch of appetizer like dishes or Chinese take-out. But my family always goes all out with their baking.
