This is a fun freebie for kids! IHOP is giving out free scary face pancakes to kids 12 and under tomorrow, Friday October 28, 2011 from 7am to 10pm.

Find your local restaurant here. It’s never a bad idea to call ahead and make sure your local store is participating before you go.
