My friend and author Jo-Lynne Shane shared a copy of her book with me because I contributed a recipe. The opinions in this post are 100% mine. You can read my full disclosure policy here.
I know so many people are following a gluten-free diet these days. I’ve talked to people that have a gluten intolerance and people that just feel it’s an overall healthier choice. If you fall into one of those categories, or maybe you’re in my category which is that I don’t watch the gluten in my diet but I love a good breakfast and am lacking in the creative idea department, you’ll want to take a look at this newly published book, The Everything Gluten-Free Breakfast and Brunch Cookbook. I’m especially excited about it because the author is semi-local to me in the Philly area, Jo-Lynne Shane, and she included one of my recipes in her book. (When you see the Peanut Butter Banana Chocolate Chip Muffins on page 99… high five!)
Here’s a peek at the Table of Contents which I wanted to show you to give you an idea of both the informational sections that explain what gluten is, what a gluten intolerance is, and the health benefits of eating gluten-free, among other things; AND the variety of recipes included in this book. Whether you’re a bacon and eggs person or a muffin and crepes person, this book has you covered with a huge selection of delicious recipes.
One page of the index is pictured above. Doesn’t everything look tasty? Baked Pumpkin French Toast is just what the doctor ordered right about now, amirite?
Head over to Amazon where you can learn more about The Everything Gluten-Free Breakfast And Brunch Cookbook and scoop it up for your recipe book collection for some great new breakfast ideas for the family. It’s available in both paperback and Kindle versions.
