Cyber Monday got the best of me and I’m a couple of days behind sharing Tootsie’s adventures with you. So let’s catch up! On December 1 he had set up these cool Eric Carle advent calendars for the kids. The sweet little guy even hid some Hershey kisses in the present boxes. You can imagine he was just a bit jostled by the time the day was over. Leave no stone unturned when looking for chocolate, kids.
He looks like he’s been eating something himself. Tootsie needs a bath. Take care of that next time he comes home to the North Pole, will ya Santa?
Houston, we have a problem. My daughter is writing notes to Tootsie every night so not only do I have to find a place for him to hide, I have to respond to notes in my best elf script. I’m a bad mom and just hid this one and didn’t write back. I told her Tootsie called me and said that he wants her to stop writing notes asking for donuts. He prefers to surprise the kids with treats once in a while, not be asked for them each night. You know what she said? “You talked to Tootsie? What does his voice sound like?!?” And so now I have to voice the elf, too. I’m in a vortex of Elf here, folks.
Come back and visit tomorrow to see Tootsie’s next adventure! You can find all my past Elf on the Shelf posts here. Follow my Elf on the Shelf board on Pinterest to get even more ideas, and if you don’t have an elf for your family, get one on Amazon. We have TONS of fun with our elf!
