CuddleUppet: Blanket, Puppet, Cuddler In One

November 16, 2012

I think between my two kids we must have a total of 100 stuffed animals in our house.  They love them and I remember that I did, too, as a kid.  There was barely enough room for me in the bed with all my ‘guys.’  So when an adorable blue elephant CuddleUppet was delivered to our door, you can imagine how excited they were! There may have been one or two battles in the war over this guy before my son successfully staked his claim.

CuddleUppets are soft blankets with an adorable puppet attached.  They come in eight varieties: Pink Poodle, Blue Elephant, Purple Monkey, Yellow Puppy, Brown Bear Green Crocodile, Pink Ladybug and Magic Unicorn.  They are recognized by industry experts such as Dr. Toy, PTPA Media and Traveling Mom as a Top Travel Toy and I can totally see why.  Your child can have a cozy blanket and a playmate with them all in the same item.

My son sleeps with his CuddleUppet every night and sometimes brings him out to cuddle with on the couch.  I like how he can hug the elephant while being covered with the blanket.  And it’s a perfect sized blanket for kids.  Not too small but not bigger than they can carry around either. The puppet part is lots of fun to play with, especially this elephant with the long trunk!  It can double as a pillow also.

These would make great holiday gifts for your kids!  I think I have to get my daughter one.  Keep ’em even, you know?!  She’d probably love the unicorn!  You can buy CuddleUppets on their website and they also sell on Amazon for less than $20.  Look for them at your favorite retailers too!

I received a CuddleUppet courtesy of Jay at Play through The Blogger Connection to facilitate this review.   The opinions in this post are 100% mine.  You can read my full disclosure policy here.

Love it! I bet my son would be stoked to have one.
Your son is adorable, by the way 🙂

Aw, thanks Angela!  I think he’s pretty special too.  And he does love his Elephant!
