Bobby Flay has a new cookbook out, Bobby At Home. It includes 165+ recipes packed with flavor that we can all make to share with our loved ones.
This post is in partnership with Clarkson Potter. The opinions in this post are 100% mine. You can read my full disclosure policy here.
Bobby Flay is one of my favorite chefs. His recipes always look so flavorful and colorful. They’re as much a feast for the eyes as they are for the mouth.
Bobby’s newest cookbook, Bobby At Home, released in September 2019 and is available everywhere.
This book is right up my alley with foods that look and feel special enough to wow your guests, but don’t require you to find rare ingredients, understand intricate cooking techniques, or (my favorite) spend the entire day in the kitchen.
Bobby At Home Cookbook
Bobby at Home includes 165+ recipes that are neatly organized by course. His bold style of cooking is shared in a way that makes me feel like, “Hey, I can totally do this!”
These recipes are perfect for making meals for your family, and definitely fit the bill if you are entertaining.
These are the recipes Bobby cooks for his family and friends, and he’s included the no-nonsense tips for the rest of us to pull them off perfectly.
How good does this Brick Chicken with Salsa Verde look? This recipe is literally made by putting a brick on top of the chicken which sounds a little wild to me, but Bobby makes it all so simple!
Everyday favorites–from pan-seared meats and hearty pastas to shareable platters of roasted vegetables, bountiful salads, and casual, homey desserts–go bigger and bolder with Bobby’s signature pull-no-punches cooking style.
Bobby takes classic recipes to the next level with exciting flavors, such as Spanish-style shrimp and grits, pumpkin pancakes with apple cider syrup, and sticky-savory-sweet Korean BBQ chicken.
This particular recipe for No-Bake Chocolate Hazelnut Crema Catalana is one I’m dying to try! So thrilled that he included so many yummy desserts and cocktails.
