I participated in Mom Blog Tour Summer Fancy Food Show (#MomBlogTourFF) on behalf of Wendy’s Bloggers. I received Two Rivers Coffee products to facilitate my review, but my opinions and content are my own.
I am pretty addicted to my Keurig and one of my favorite things about using it to brew coffee is the opportunity to easily try so many different flavors and brands. Two Rivers has become one of my top picks because they have the most unique flavors, and they have a brand new product on the market that’s unique and delicious! Baileys Cappuccino are single-serve specialty coffee drinks that you can make in your Keurig. Love a special afternoon treat? This is it!
This is Sam, one of the forces behind Two Rivers and I chatted with him at the Summer Fancy Food Show this past summer where he introduced me to these yummy Baileys Cappuccinos.
They come in four different flavors: French Vanilla, Mint Mocha, Irish Cream, and Caramel. I’ve tried them all and they’re honestly all good, but I LOVE the Caramel the best!
These are a little different than the single serves you might be used to, in that they come in 2 parts: the coffee and the foam. The key to brewing them properly is to stir while the coffee is coming out of the Keurig. More details on that below!
How to Brew Baileys Cappuccino
Each box contains 6 K-cups and 6 packets of frothing milk. You’ll want to use them in tandem.
The instructions are on the box and there’s a pretty good visual on the Amazon product page, as well. But there is a trick to this so you want to read them before making your first cup. As the instructions on the box say, pour the contents of a frothing milk packet into the cup or mug first, set your Keurig to brew a 6oz. cup, and then and brew the single serve cup over it. While your coffee is brewing, stir the milk into it to avoid the powder clumping up.
It would be best to make this in a glass cappuccino mug so the foam on top is very visible. If there are clumps just stir until they are fully dissolved and let it sit for about 10 or 15 seconds until the foam and the coffee are fully separated.
It’s not hard to make at all, and they are super tasty. I love that Baileys flavor for an afternoon pick-me-up, and it feels more special than just a regular cup of coffee. If you love cappuccinos and you love a little Baileys, this is going to be right up your alley!
