Who else absolutely LOVED Annie as a kid? This was one of my all-time favorite movies. So much so that I haven’t been able to bring myself to see the recent remake (even though I heard from friends it was great). I just loved the classic so much. And if you’re local to Hershey, PA like me, you’re in luck!
Annie is LIVE on stage at the Hershey Theater from July 21 to Sunday July 26 and tickets are on sale now! I was invited to opening night and sadly couldn’t make it because of a family vacation (not complaining about vacation, but would have loved to seen this show!). Fortunately I was able to send my lifelong friend and contributor to See Mom Click in my place to share her thoughts with us. She has two little girls and I got this text half way through the show:
“There’s a live orchestra, sets are amazing. Magnolia (her little girl) is mesmerized. It’s great!!”
I’ve been following along on Twitter during opening night and it’s getting rave reviews!
