I have a new Humane League of Lancaster County Pet of the Week to share! Meet Ed! We just stopped in yesterday to pick up insulin for our girl Patches, and we got to see Ed in person. He’s so cute!
Meet Ed, a 5 year old Zebra Finch! Ed defies the notion that finches are colony birds, and prefers to have his own space. He appreciates his cage being near other birds, but enjoys flying to the beat of his own drum. Ed enjoys perching on his swing and loves to bask in the sunlight. His happy chirps throughout the day will be a lovely musical addition to your home! Ed’s perfect home is with a family who understands the needs of finches and can appreciate the quirks of Ed’s personality!
