Groupon Goods has a bunch of awesome new offers out today! This one looks perfect for my fellow java addicts. This Brew1 Coffee Set with Brewer, Two Travel Mugs, and a Reusable Coffee Capsule is valued at over $125 and is on sale today for just $29! WOW! It looks like you can use whatever coffee you want in this brewer, no need to purchase special coffee pods. That makes it much more affordable. I’m addicted to my Keurig but the k-cups can be pricey. Here are some details about this offer:
- Single-serve brewer makes up to 12 ounces of joe from reusable coffee capsule
- Brewing cycle lasts three minute or less
- One-button operation
- Turns off automatically
- Removable drip tray for easy cleaning
- Two travel mugs prevent spills when commuting via trebuchet
- No motor for quiet percolating
- Space-saving coffee maker measures 9″x5″x7.5″
- Brew temperature of 195 to 200 degrees
You can choose between these three colors. I love the red one! Also love that it doesn’t take up much counter space. Check out this great offer here!

I got this notice from Groupon about The Brew1 single-cup brewing system. It’s a pretty great deal for anyone who loves coffee. I know, because I own one, and the Brew1 coffee capsules blow all others away. They offer some awesome coffee blends from US micro-roasters, my favorite is Organic Breakfast Blend. They are reasonably priced (about $0.68 per capsule). I also like that they are made from recyclable materials … making them eco-friendly. Go to their website at http://www.Brew1.com and check it out for yourself!

Cool, thanks for the info! It looked to me like the capsule this comes with is reusable and you can fill it with your own coffee grounds. What does everyone think? Is that how you’re reading it?

Thanks CoffeeLover I just got mine in the mail! However they didn’t send me the reusable capsule and I’ve been searching every where to find where to purchase the coffee capsules! Thanks a bunch!
Lindsay–that’s how I read it, but not what I received 🙁

Kelly, contact Groupon about your order. They have fantastic customer service and if your order is incomplete or if you’re not satisfied with it they’ll make it right. I’m sorry it’s not what you thought your ordered. 🙁

Groupon customer service didnt care, all they did was trying to ask you to fill out the I of for return and pay for the shipping yourself for mistake they made or intentionally planned. Worst online seller ever!
Lindsay says
Ugh. I’m so sorry you had such a bad experience. Have you tried to contact the brewer company for a resolution?
Coffee-Lover says
The deal is a scam, I just received mine, and there is no reusable coffee capsule (iin brown color from the picture above), which I believe is the reason why most people interested and bought that brewer, without it you’re forced to have to order the coffee capsule from Brew1, which I think is why the machine is so cheap because the coffee gonna be expensive and not the type I want. Contacted Groupon and they don’t seem to care and merely as you return the product and pay for your shipping. Pain in the neck, THIS WILL BE MY LAST TIME BUYING FROM GROUPON, SCAMMER!!
We should report to Consumer Affair for this type of scam in false advertising!!

I received mine from Groupon and fortunately did get the reusable capsule although the booklet gives no instructions regarding the capsule. The problem though is that I can’t find the prefilled capsules anywhere but Brew1 and at $.68 per, they’re not as good a deal as I was hoping. For those who didn’t get the capsule, maybe try contacting the Brew1 customer service instead of groupon. Just a suggestion.

Thanks for your feedback, Vera. Glad you got the reusable capsule but sorry this turned out to be not such a good deal for any of you. I’m glad you’ve come back to comment. Good for me to know about your experiences next time I see this deal come around.
