I’m excited FOR you! We had SO much fun at Universal! I would say yes, the Harry Potter stuff (there’s some in both parks and you can go between then on the Hogwart’s Express) can take up most of the day, but if you get there early and have a plan you will certainly have time for other rides. Definitely make sure you check the hours of operation at each park so you know which one closes first and can plan to hit those attractions first. Escape from Gringotts is a MUST! First, because my father-in-law is a veteran, we purchased military tickets. It took the front gate almost 45 minutes to process the tickets. We would have been better off paying full price and being able to just walk into the park. Also, the Gringotts Bank ride AND the Hogwarts Express were out of order the entire day. Such a waste of money to pay for the park hopper ticket when we couldn’t even ride the train.
