My daughter Lily has a new favorite game for the Nintendo 3DS. If your kids are into style and fashion, this is worth checking out (maybe a fun gift idea for the holidays!). Style Savvy Fashion Forward is an interactive 3DS game that can be played in both 2D and 3D mode.
There are several different options for play within the game, but they all revolve around style, fashion, and beauty. My daughter likes to play as a boutique manager where customers come into her shop, tell her what they’re looking for, and she outfits them. If they like what she selected, they pay her! So in addition to being fun, it’s a bit educational too in terms of explaining fashion terms and also running a business. We like seeing all the money come into her shop!

Lily really has fun with this. This is one of those games I’ve had to just take away from her because she doesn’t want to stop playing. You know what I’m talking about, moms. And I admit I’ve jumped in with her and designed a few fun outfits myself. It really is a fun game for kids (and moms, too)!
