In reply to Amy. Try using smaller pieces of chicken in your recipe! This should allow the chicken to cook more in the sauce, and become more tender.

How do you keep the chicken from getting rubbery? I tried thighs instead of breasts but I can’t quite get that restaurant texture. I soo tried barely sautéing it rather than browning
