We topped the potatoes with a pinch of sour cream and fresh onions and brocolli from the garden.
The potatoes were flawless, three hours later were still stuffed like turkeys.
Were baking our potatoes like this all the time from now on.
Two thumbs up and 5 stars.

I’d wrap them individually so you can flip them and get heat to all sides of the potato. If you slice them and lay them flat, you could do a foil pouch. Those are yummy too!
