Hi Kelli! Congratulations on the new baby on the way! If you want a border around your photos, I would just use cardstock. You can stick it to the back of the photos with double sided tape (craft stores will have little double sided tape tabs in the scrapbooking section). You can use that same tape to attach it to the pane of glass in the window. If you want the baby’s name in the middle of the frame, you could either print that on cardstock, or I once did something similar for a gift and hired a local calligrapher to write the names for me in a fancy font.
