I was provided with a complimentary Jabra Tour to facilitate this review.  The opinions in this post are 100% mine.  You can read my full disclosure policy here.

It’s no secret by now that Jabra is my favorite brand for innovative wireless products with amazing sound quality. They never cease to amaze me with their practical yet totally impressive products!  The newest one that has hit the  market is the Jabra Tour. And this little guy is an absolute must-have for busy moms and dads, or really anyone who has a need to be talking on their cell phone while they’re driving.

Jabra Tour

We all know it’s completely unsafe to be holding your phone while you drive and yet people still do it. Just today I saw a mom in a minivan driving around a car full of kids with her phone up to her ear. Yikes.  But we all also know that sometimes you do need to take or make a call and though I do have a really nice smartphone, the speakerphone is just not clear when I’m taking a call on it.  So, let me introduce you (drum roll please!) to the Jabra Tour! I love, love, LOVE this device and am so excited to tell you about it.  I think everyone can use this to keep our families and our roads safer.

Paired Jabra Tour

The Jabra Tour is a hands-free speakerphone designed to be used in the car. You can easily clip it to your visor and always have it ready when you need it. It’s super fast to set up and I had it up and running within about 2 minutes of getting it out of the box.  Just turn it on (little button on the side), scan for Bluetooth devices on your phone, and pair.  You’re all set!

The speaker quality is fantastic and you and the person you’re talking to can hear every word crystal clear. My first call on the Jabra Tour was to my Mom and she said she could hear every word I said perfectly, and the same was true for me.  Really great sound quality out of that HD Voice microphone just as you’d expect from Jabra!

Hands Free Speakerphone

The other feature I love about the Jabra Tour is that you can use voice commands to make calls.  So I can press the bottom side of the grey circle where there’s a little picture of a person’s head (look in one of the pics above for a better view) and be prompted to state what I want to do. I might say, “Call Chuck.” That’s my husband. And then the Jabra Tour calls him!  The controls on the device are so easy: On/off; mute; up and down volume; take and end call; and give a voice command.  That’s it. It’s so easy to use I will confess…I didn’t even read the instructions!

Oh, and one more bonus! When you’re not chatting on the phone you can use the Tour to listen to music, your GPS, or podcasts.  Love that!  Plus each battery charge gives you 20 hours of talk time and 40 hours of standby time and it does come with  a car charger so you’re never left stranded with a dead device.

The Jabra Tour will is now available from AT&T!

Keep up to speed with all of the latest Jabra news by following on Facebook and Twitter. You can learn more about the Jabra Tour + and more of their innovative products on the Jabra website!
