Hi Jennifer! I think Boar’s Head makes certain varieties that are nitrate free. Maybe not all of them. I got some turkey today so we’ll see how we like it for lunches this week. Definitely sounds healthier than some other lunch meat on the market. All is well with us! Staying busy as usual. Hope you and your family are well, too!
