You definitely need to enjoy these with a splash of fresh squeezed lemon juice like a traditional Dutch baby! Thanks for the idea to try individual sized servings!

I love Dutch babies, and your mini ones do not disappoint. They rose beautifully and looked so pretty. They had a great flavor and texture. I really enjoyed the addition of the blueberries. So good. Made as written but I used butter in place of the oil, as I was out of oil. Thank you for sharing a recipe that I will make often.
