Pandora's Deals' 5K Earth Day Giveaway

    I use a washer ball.  I hang dry most of our clothes.

    I use a plastic resuable cup for my daily drinking and recycle everything we possibly can I also use dryer balls.

    We cloth diaper and will be making our own cleaning and car products.. butt cream, cloth wipe solution, detergent, etc

    My best tip is to start simple. If you just try to make too many changes at once you could just end up giving up when you get burnt out. Start with recycling some of the items that are being recycled in your area & gradually add new ways to go green as you are comfortable with the changes you’ve already made. Stick with it. Every little bit helps!

    We air dry a lot of our clothes… uses less energy and it is overall better for our garments!

    We save our pop cans and donate them to my daughter’s Christian School for them to redeem at the recycling center – so that is our double good deed.  🙂

    We recycle as much as possible. The boys are learning to turn off the lights when they leave a room and to turn off the water while brushing their teeth

    We try to recycle when we can and eat organic and natural, buying from local farms and farmers 🙂
    Oh, and definitely use the reusable bags!

    I recycle EVERYTHING, bring my own bags to the store, stopped buying water bottles and opt for reusable bottles instead and cloth diaper.

    So far in my house we recycle and use the new energy efficient light bulbs, we try to cut down on our use of heat and AC, we group most of our shopping into one trip, we compost, and have planted a garden so we can grow our own vegetables.
