January 2, 2017

Get reading! Here are all of the best books being made into movies in 2017. You know the book is always better so dive in before hitting the theater!

A new year means new books to read, and I love when some of my favorites are made into movies. So cool to see them come alive on the big screen. Of course I almost always think the book is better so I try to read it before I see the movie.

In 2015 and 2016 I shared my top lists of books that were being made into movies, and it’s time for the 2017 list. I’ve actually read a few of these already and have others on my to-be-read list. A Monster Calls (reading that one now with the kids!), A Dog’s Purpose, Same Kind of Different As Me, The Shack, and The Nightingale are all on my must-see list. Here are all of the upcoming books-to-movies that I think look great.

I am looking forward to seeing “Wonder”. That is a very popular book in the Children’s Department, and one that was very well written.
