I received mine from Groupon and fortunately did get the reusable capsule although the booklet gives no instructions regarding the capsule. The problem though is that I can’t find the prefilled capsules anywhere but Brew1 and at $.68 per, they’re not as good a deal as I was hoping. For those who didn’t get the capsule, maybe try contacting the Brew1 customer service instead of groupon. Just a suggestion.

Groupon customer service didnt care, all they did was trying to ask you to fill out the I of for return and pay for the shipping yourself for mistake they made or intentionally planned. Worst online seller ever!

Contacted Groupon and they don’t seem to care and merely as you return the product and pay for your shipping. Pain in the neck, THIS WILL BE MY LAST TIME BUYING FROM GROUPON, SCAMMER!!
We should report to Consumer Affair for this type of scam in false advertising!!
