Cross Country Cafe is not only my go-to place for my coffee fix, but it’s also where we get our tea. I drink more tea in the wintertime but my husband drinks it year round (he’s not a coffee drinker – no, I don’t know what’s wrong with him). This Green Tea K-Cup is one of our favorites and we recently decided to try something new and got a box of Twinings African Rooibos Red Tea. I LOVE this tea!

African Rooibos Red Tea

Twinings African Rooibos Red Tea K-Cups are made with the leaves of the rooibos (pronounced roy-boss) plant which only grows in the Cedarberg Mountains of South Africa. Rooibos, which means red bush, has long been enjoyed for its natural sweetness and delightful red color. Made with 100% rooibos which is naturally caffeine free. Each K-Cup portion pack is an air-tight, mini-brewer that locks out oxygen, light and humidity while locking in freshness and flavor.

So what’s the verdict? First of all the color is spectacular! I just love that red color. The tea itself is really good, just slightly naturally sweet (and I like a little swirl of honey in mine). This is the perfect caffeine-free drink to warm you up on a cold fall or winter day. Twinings is a name I know and trust. We’ve always enjoyed their bagged tea and the k-cups are just as flavorful and delicious, plus must faster to make. If you’re a tea drinker I think you’ll love this red tea. You know, the thing that’s nice about k-cup tea is that you can’t steep it too long and ruin it with bitterness. I’m drinking a cup right now and it’s perfectly brewed!

You can get Twinings African Rooibos Red Tea K-Cups at Cross Country Cafe. This is my favorite place to buy  because first, it’s online!  They’ll deliver right to your door. They have great prices and orders of $59 or more ship free so you can stock up (because running out of k-cups is like the worst thing ever) and save even more.  Plus each week they have an awesome Wacky Wednesday sale with some fantastic deals.

Be sure to check out this week’s awesome k-cup sales while you’re on the site and enter this month’s generous k-cup giveaway!
