My favorite part of the holidays is the major buildup to the actual day! Making cookies, singing carols, sending cards, picking and wrapping gifts, decorating, and family time! Everyone is in a little bit of a nicer mood!

The laughter and excitement in the kids mostly. And I love singing Christmas carols with them and telling them Christmas bedtime stories 🙂
