Great recipe! After a few batches, I added orange and lemon zest. Also added a cream cheese center by balling it up and freezing before adding to the muffins. Next batch I might spice up the cream cheese for layer if flavor. I topped them with finishing sugar when they came out of the oven for a cripy top too! This is a new favorite!
