I love grilling in the summertime! Corn on the cob is one of my new favorites to throw on the grill. No giant pot of water to boil means no giant pot for me to wash. Woohoo! And this method is so easy and tasty. Plus corn on the cob is cheap this time of year so it’s a healthy, inexpensive dinner dish. Perfect!
Easy Grilled Corn on the Cob
Easy Grilled Corn on the Cob
Ingredients
- 6 ears of corn, husked
- 1/3 cup olive oil
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- Salt to taste
Instructions
Preheat the grill to medium heat, about 400 degrees. It's a good idea to oil the grates so the corn doesn't stick. We used a grill pan and put the corn on there, but you don't need one. It works just as well to place the corn right on the grill and use a brush to brush the oil over the corn while it's cooking. Turn the corn every couple of minutes so it doesn't burn and so you can flavor each side with the oil.
Cook for about 15 minutes total and when you see the kernels getting a little tender and you have some good grill marks on your corn it's done.
